The Moreau Recreation Youth Soccer League gives children an opportunity to learn TEAMWORK, DEDICATION, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, SPORTSMANSHIP and THE JOY OF ATHLETICS in a fun and competitive environment.
The costs involved in running the youth soccer league are numerous, from uniforms and insurance to equipment and referees. Unfortunately, only a portion of our financial needs are met through registration fees, which are intentionally kept at or below $40/player to allow as many kids to participate as possible. We need help from the business community to help us achieve our goals.
This league could not function without support from organizations like yours in the form of corporate sponsorships. Your assistance provides an opportunity for children who otherwise may not be able to participate in a sports league of this caliber.
Mutually Beneficial Partnership The contributions made through our sponsorship program help pay the costs of running the league, provides free registration scholarships for low-income families, and enables us to purchase equipment that will benefit every player in the league. In return, the Moreau Recreation Youth League will put you in front of an audience of families from Moreau and South Glens Falls. Our sponsorship program provides you with a blend of options that include in-person and online marketing opportunities. Facts About the Moreau Recreation Youth Soccer League
• Moreau Rec Youth Soccer is the largest youth sports program that operates out of Harry J Betar Jr. Recreation Park
• Almost 450 children participated during the 2016-2017 season
• An estimated crowd of over one thousand people show up to our weekly Saturday game days
• The league has four to five age divisions that play on nine soccer fields.
